Thoughts:
I actually really liked it, for me the best parts were the ending chapters. I really enjoyed the story, I loved the main trio together, especially Amari and Tzain my CUTIES!!! I also liked Zelie even though she was a bti dumb. One thing I couldn't really get behind was the love thing with Inan, I FLIPPING HATED INAN HE WAS SUCH A BEG. And I had faith in him as well but then he had to be like his fuckass Dad, that's why he got shanked. HMMMMMM, what else?? Oh right that festival thing was kinda dumb because I swear they had to go there in a certain amount of time so they should've just dipped. Also I shipped Zelie with that boat captain warrior man, lowkey want him for myself. I feel like Amari had the best character development, I was rooting for her fr and I am so glad she found her strength and confidence. I have to say Inan is probably the worst character in the book bro was so self hating omds and I fully beleived that he changed. Absolutely disgraceful beggatry on display.
